Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma. Infiltrating moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma. This adenocarcinoma is morphologically compatible with apulmonary primary in the appropriate clinical setting. However, themorphology also raises the question of a possible metastatic lesion; possible sources could include both the gastrointestinal tract and the prostate gland.
