Renal cell carcinoma. Clear cell type, grade 2. The tumor is contained within the renal capsule, is superficial and does not invade either the renal vein or collecting system. Surrounding kidney with mild changes of systemic hypertension. Renal artery - marked atherosclerosis (greater than 70% narrowed).
