Left oral cavity, partial mandible and radical neck dissection. Poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma involving base of tongue; tumor shows lymph/vascular permeation and comes extremely close to deep and anterolateral margins of metastatic tumor present in one of 23 cervical lymph nodes. Mandible negative for tumor.
