Tissues fixed in 10% neutral phosphate buffered formalin for 24 hours before processing

Correct tissue sampling, area mapping and target tissue core punching using SOP supervised by certificated and examined pathologists

Certified pathologists evaluate the full sections of donor blocks for quality of the tissue sample, pathological changes and a good representation of tissue architecture

Every 20th slide H/E stained/reviewed for processing and fixation QC, and reviewed by 2 certified pathologists for tissue/diagnosis accuracy;

95% valid cores = each tissue core remains 50% intact

Consistent label (Lot.-number) during manufacturing process to secure retraceability

Examined by well-trained technologists before packing to ensure that there is no loss of tissue spots;

Paraffin coating of slides to prevent oxidation of sensitive antigens

Standard pathology sections or curls can be available for assays requiring extractions of RNA or DNA
