Infiltrating moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of right colon. Peritoneal metastasis: Ampullary mass discovered after 10 months in 1996. The tumor was found within lymphatics of the lamina propria, and as such it is consistent with a metastasis from the patient's previously diagnosed colonic adenocarcinoma.
